It raises when you die and goes down when you level up. If it gets full, you lose and have to REALLY start over.

No offence but learn how colour theory works, the game kinda made my eyes hurt

Edit: Flashing red and blue can give people seizures also it hurts to look at. PS too many enemies

Edit 2: Other than colour problems the mechanics are fine
